Interventionist
Byron Center Christian School is seeking a Literacy & Math Interventionist to join our team. This role will provide targeted academic enrichment by partnering with classroom teachers to strengthen student learning in literacy and mathematics.
The Interventionist will primarily push into classrooms to provide timely, research-based interventions, collaborate with teachers, and support students in accessing grade-level content. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students grow, skilled at building relationships, and committed to providing individualized support that helps every learner thrive. A teaching certificate and/or prior teaching experience is a preferred qualification.

Paraprofessional
Byron Center Christian School is seeking a caring, collaborative, and student-focused Educational Support Services (ESS) Paraprofessional to join our team. This role provides support for students across the school, with a primary focus on assisting students who benefit from early intervention, individualized support, and identified learning accommodations.
Patience, flexibility, and a heart for students with special needs are important. The ESS Paraprofessional works alongside classroom teachers and ESS specialists to help students grow academically, socially, and spiritually by providing targeted support and helping create an inclusive learning environment where every student can thrive.
