Position: Enrollment & Communication Coordinator
Reports to: Administrator
Days of work: Flexible hours
Weekly hours: Approx. 40 hrs/wk
Wage: Wage is hourly and is based on level of education and experience.
Job Description:
The Enrollment & Communication Coordinator is responsible for maintaining optimum school enrollment to support BCCS’s operations. They will provide information and support for families navigating the application, decision, and enrollment processes, from planning parent information sessions to the enrollment of new and returning students. They will work closely with various
staff to facilitate the overall admission and enrollment process. The Enrollment & Communication Coordinator will oversee communications including publications, website management, social media management, marketing, advertising and public relations and
represent BCCS to the public.
